Description of dance classes:

**Heidi Bassignani, Bella Rouge Dance Company instructor, is certified to teach American Tribal Style Belly Dance as of August 2011 by Carolena Nericcio of FatChanceBellyDance, the creator of ATS, and also studies Suhaila Salimpore format.**

Tribal Style Belly Dance Drills and Combinations:
Teacher: Heidi ~ Satya
Mondays, 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Tribal Drills is a beginning level tribal style belly dance class focusing on the fundamentals of belly dance isolations and tribal style technique. Sessions rotate and can be taken back to back. February session will focus on fusion drills.

Develop proper posture and a library of belly dance moves. This is an excellent opportunity for students at all levels to refine their skills and have fun in a supportive, all women environment!

Intermediate Tribal Fusion:

Mondays, 8:00 – 9:00pm

Intermediate class will continue to build on your skills, as well as focus on perfecting technique, isolations, and strengthening specific muscle groups. We will introduce more intermediate level concepts, including isolation layering, level changes, and traveling with movement. Challenge yourself with tribal fusion choreography! Performance opportunities may be offered to intermediate students and are not required.

Performance Opportunities:

Performance opportunities are available to those dancers who are interested and meet the criteria for performing. Red Sand Tribal, our student troupe, is open to intermediate students meeting required attendance. We also have performance opportunities with Illumicirque when available.
