Description of dance classes:

**ATS Teacher is general skills certified in American Tribal Style Belly Dance by Carolena Nericcio of FatChanceBellyDance, the creator of ATS.**

Tribal Style Belly Dance Drills and Combinations:
Teacher: Satya
Mondays, 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Tribal Drills is a beginning level tribal style belly dance class focusing on the fundamentals of American Tribal Style and group improvised dancing. Eight week summer session will focus on Tribal Combinations for improv.

Develop proper posture and a library of dance moves. This includes Levels 1 & 2 ATS and tribal fusion basics. The class will focus on learning and drilling ATS moves and group tribal format basics. This is an excellent opportunity for students at all levels to refine their skills and have fun in a supportive, all women environment!

Intermediate Tribal Fusion:
Teacher: Molly Kuhl
Mondays, 8:00 – 9:00pm

Intermediate class will continue to build on your skills, as well as focus on perfecting technique, isolations, and strengthening specific muscle groups. We will introduce more intermediate level concepts, including isolation layering, level changes, and traveling with movement. Challenge yourself!

Performance Opportunities:

Performance opportunities are available to those dancers who are interested and meet the criteria for performing. There will be a studio recital once per year, along with at least two belly dance haflas where students may perform. Red Sand Tribal, our student troupe, is open to intermediate students meeting required attendance.

Bella Rouge Tribal Fusion performance troupe is by invitation only. If you have serious interest in being a part of the group, please contact Satya to express intent.
